Anti-oxidants work in a few ways: they may reduce the energy of the free radical, stop the free radical from forming in the first place, or interrupt an oxidizing chain reaction to minimise the damage caused by free radicals. Many vitamins and minerals act as anti-oxidants in their own right, such as vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene, vitamin B2, co-Enzyme Q10, and cysteine (an amino acid). Herbs, such as bilberry, turmeric (curcumin), grape seed or pine bark extracts, milk thistle and ginkgo can also provide powerful anti-oxidant protection for the body.

The Mediterr-Asian antioxidant - Dr Red Blueberry Punch has been developed using a blend of the most powerful plant antioxidants.
The Punch is a clinically researched proprietary blend made from turmeric, citrus and olive using an extraction process that targets only fat soluble antioxidants. In vitro and in-vivo research shows Blueberry Punch is in a class of its own.
The Blueberry Punch formula contains a combination of superfoods from the Asian diet and antioxidants from the Mediterranean diet including blueberry, red grape, white grape, elderberry, raspberry, citrus skin extracts, turmeric and ginger.
The super-antioxidant GFX, a clinically proven proprietary blend of specialised extracts makes up 20% of this formula.
This combination of ingredients gives Blueberry Punch a real advantage both as an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory.
Contains: Concentrated syrup made from fresh blueberries, red grapes, white grapes, elderberries, raspberries, green tea extract, olive leaf/olive pulp extract, grape seed extract, grape skin extract, citrus skin extracts, tarragon, turmeric & ginger.
Directions: Dilute 1 part (25ml) blueberry punch to 6 parts 150ml) soda water or water. Makes up to 30 glasses.
