There are various types of noodles, but basically a noodle is food made from 'unleavened' dough that is then cooked in a boiling liquid, usually water. We stock assorted noodles, some plain and some flavoured, with varying basic ingredients from rice noodles to nori noodles. This section also features products than can be added to noodles such as seaweeds Arame and Nori.
