Controlled trials have shown that nettle (Urtica Dioica) and Ephedra help to relieve hay fever (hayfever) symptoms.
This form of Ephedrine (in Ephedra tincture) is safe, at this dosage.
(problems may arrive when Ephedrine is isolated).

The tinctures are a liquid form of medicine, taken in water.
Any traces of alcohol may be vaporised off by first pouring a little boiling water on your tincture.
They are not recommended for use during pregnancy or whilst breast feeding, but 1/2 doses may be used for children.
Several herbs are combined in traditional formulae to work synergistically.
They also taste good, with Fennel, Cinnamon and Liquorice added where appropriate to enhance the actions of the tincture.
50 ml bottles will provide 10 days of medicine at 20 drops 3 x daily.
Up to 2 blends can be taken at the same time.
They are safe to take for several months at a time, after which you are advised to taper off the dose & consult a practitioner if appropriate.
Some, such as No.1, you use as needed.
They will keep for several years.
