These organic honeydew melons are from their own certified-organic plantations, along the Silk Road in Uzbekistan.
They mature through the hot summers becoming intensely flavourful fruits, at which point they are harvested by hand.
After harvesting the melons are peeled and cut into long and wide strips.
After this the melons are inspected before being carefully dried on their own solar dryers.
After drying they undergo another inspection at the Uzbek subsidiary, Silk Road Organic Foods in Samarkand.
These organic dried honeydew melons are 100% natural, raw-food quality, naturally sweet and sticky but untreated!
