Look for diet powders in the supplement section of health food supermarkets, or in the specialty foods section of some supermarkets.

Varieties

Diet powders are available in individual packets or larger canisters in a variety of flavours, with chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry being the most common. Natural diet powders with natural sweeteners, colours, and flavours are also available. Many are fortified with vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients.
