If you have a concern with a product or service, please contact one of our Managers in store, who are responsible for & will respond to and correct the vast majority of issues. Our Managers are Jamie Sermon & Julie Hore.

Exchange & Refund Policy
We regret that chilled & frozen items, cosmetics & unsealed containers cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Your purchase receipt will be required for a refund/exchange. If you require a refund and you purchased the item using a credit/debit card, please make sure you have that card available at the time of return. 

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
