Exchange & Refund Policy
Greenlife regret that chilled and/or frozen items, cosmetics and unsealed containers cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Your purchase receipt will be required for a refund/exchange.
If you require a refund and you purchased the item using a credit/debit card, please make sure you have that card available at the time of return.
Returns/exchanges will normally only be accepted within 28 days of purchase.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
