Taking 2 capsules daily gave me horrid nausea. I cut down to one and still a little bit. Definitely have to be taken with food. Would not recommend.

I bought this to treat my 40 yr old parrot who has developed fatty liver disease. In just a couple of weeks there seems to be an improvement in his mood and energy levels but it is really too soon to make a judgement. I can say though that lots of parrot owners have had fantastic results with it and it was also prescribed by an avian vet.
